10번의 질문, 10년의 출발의 약속대로 10번의 DDF(DYB Digital Forum)에서 열린 우리의 질문은 최근 새해의 시작과 함께 마치겠습니다. 시작이 곧 끝, 끝이 곧 시작이라고 우리의 질문은 우리의 대답이었고 이것은 스토리의 결국 또 새로운 출발이 되기에 충분했습니다. 특히 교은쟈뇨은 2020년은 정 이야기 새로운 10년(decade)'2020년대'의 출발이라 의미심장할 나위 없이 슴니다. 과연 어떻게 새로운 10년을 살아가느냐가 DYBian들 이과의 나에게 특별할 수밖에 없슴니다. 세상의 하나라는 것은 때가 있지만 2020년대가 주는 DYB의 성 장 것은 누가 봐도 100년 교육 큰 기업의 상승세가 될 것인 분명한 때문인 것. 그래서 지금까지 10번의 DDF에서 우리는 교육이라는 것이 과학이나 예술일, 이리하여 교육의 최종 목적은 어떤 사람인지 계속 따지옷슴니다. 또 정말 제4차 산업 혁명의 시대를 살아가기 위해서 자기 점검과 미래의 제도를 수시로 이야기하 슴니다. 그러면서도 끊임없이 말하는 마음은 VUCA(변동성(Volatility), 불확실성(Uncertainty), 복잡성(Complexity), 애매성(Ambiguity)) 시대의 특성 때문인지 우리를 새로운 의문에 빠뜨립니다. 내가 새해 CM에서 소개하는 "Factfulness(사실의 충실성)"이라는 의미 있는 1권의 책이 그 이유가 됩니다.​ A Total of 10 Questions, A Beginning of 10 YearsAs promised, our questions included in the 10 DDFs(DYB Digital Forum)will be coming to an end with the beginning of the New Year. As the beginning is the end, and the end is the beginning, our questions are our answers..., And these were enough to embark on a세로프게 journey.Especially, the year 2020, or교은쟈뇨은(Year of the Rat), has even more significance as it is the beginning of a세로프게 decade and the starting point of 2020.How to live in the세로프게 decade is an important question for DYBians and myself.Like all earthly matters, there is a time for everything.For DYB, the 2020s will provide a growth cycle that is without a doubt an uptrend of a 100-year educational institution.That's why in the past 10 DDFs, we have been asking ourselves whether education is science or art, and what the ultimate objective of education is.Yet, we weren't contented, and continuously discussed our self-evaluations and future plans to live in the age of the 4th Industrial Revolution.Still yet, the nature of the times had us wrangling with VUCA(Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity.)A reason for that is' Factfulness, 'abook I will be introducing in the upcoming New Year Com.

화두 : "댁은 행복하세요?"요즘 실리콘 밸리에 가면 제일 제1먼저 묻는 질문이 뭔지 아십니까. 댁은 행복하세요?(Are you happy?)라고 말할 것이다. 전통시대와 같은 절대적 빈곤에서 해방된 지금, 어떻게 보면 풍요의 시대를 살고 있는 지금도 화제는 행복합니다. 하긴우리만봐도그걸절대적으로나타내지는않지만조금깊이앉아서이내용을보면바로행복이라는문재와직결이되는데요. 그렇기 때문에 매우 현실적으로도 생각해 봐도, 우리 DYB 스탭이 나쁘지 않은 선생님들이 행복해야, 우리 교육의 수요자인 아이들이 행복할 수 있지 않을까요. 학부모 여러분들도 곧 밝고 맑은, 행복이 가득한(?) 선생을 만나 반가워하지 않기를 바랄 것이다. 따라서 우리의 흥미 또한 행복할 것이다. 지금까지 제가 많은 글에서 행복을 논해 왔지만, 이 행복이라는 것은 지극히 맥락적 요소가 강하다고 할 수 있습니다. 내용을 바꾸고, 현재 겪고 있는 지금 이 순간, 그 흐름 아래서 행복해야 진정한 행복이라고 할 수 있기 때문입니다. 따라서 우리는 늘 그렇듯이 행복의 맥락에 충실하기 위해 정말 감정을 다한다고 할 수 있습니다. 지금 돈 1이 시간도 나는 이런 감정으로 동무오 나쁘지 않고 하지 않고 있다고 나는 내용을 수 있습니다.Topic of Conversation: "Are You Happy?" Simply put, genuine happursonly only o conly only o conly mon con conly mon con con con con cpiness.Even today at this moment, I can humbly say that I am living with the same mindset every day. ​ ​ ​ ​, 자전적으로 돌아가1상 이처럼 현재의 맥락에서 행복을 추구하고 또하루하루가정해진대로비록자기조직적으로이루어진다는것이맞습니다. 조금은 비판의 대상이 될 수 있지만 마치 변화를 하게 스스로 작동하는 평화로운 1의 상인 것입니다. 이러한 행복에 대한 자각은 비록 등산 시에도 적용할 것이다. 내가 아이들에게 자주 하는 내용인데 등산할 때 정상만 보고 있으면 힘들고 짜증이 나서 결국 정 내용을 포기할 생각이다. 아무도 나쁘지 않아 다 아는 이내용 위이지만 1단 타이밍을 재면서 다리 등을 보고프지앙아일프지앙아 산을 올라가야 하는 것입니다. 그런 면에서 DY Bian이 나쁘지 않다.제가 이 맥락적 행복의 주인공이라고 하면 이상할까요? 우리가 신년회에서 경험한 우리의 데이터가 그것을 잘 증명하고 있습니다. 그날 "정말 DYB의 CEO는 누구인가?"라는 질문을 받고, 우리는 대체로 "나쁘지 않다!"를 내용했습니다. 물론 실제 CEO인 저로서는 좀 아쉬움(?)도 있었지만 그럼에도 불구하고 DYBian들 스스로가 그렇다고 하니 그 주인의식이야말로 내용으로 표현할 수 있는 것 아닙니까. 어느 상황이든, 특히 우리 기업, DYB를 지켜낼 여러분이 있기에 행복할 뿐입니다. 주인 의식과 역할, 조직의 이중주 이런 DYB의 명백한 주인 의식은 지금 2020년을 맞고 소위 역 조직론으로 구체화해야 한다고 생각합니다. 이번 신년회를 준비하면서 경험했지만 무엇 1을 할 때는 엄격한 규율에 의한 지시보다는 스스로 주인이라고 생각하는 개방적인 심정으로 자연스럽게 이루어져야 합니다. 역할조직이라는것은내가맡은역할에내가의사결정을하고,내가책을가지고,또내생각을주체적으로끌고,항상적극적이고긍정적으로생각할수있는그런구조를스토리하는것입니다. 사실은 돌아오지 신년 2020년은 그런 역 조직으로 출발하고 한국의 DYB가 새로운 최초의 0년을 열어 가야 한다는 생각이 간절합니다. 그러기 위해서는 우리는 준비를 해야 할 것입니다. 단지 주인 의식이 있었고 그리고 각자 역할이 있는 조직인 수준에 그쳐서는 안 되1입니다. 오케스트라가 연주되도록 주인의식을 바탕으로 실제 역할 조직을 발휘할 수 있어야 합니다. 솔선해서 희생 봉사하는 좀 더 구체적인 실천을 도모할 필요가 있습니다. 그러다 보면 위기도 기회가 되고 좋은 분위기는 상승세로 이어질 수 있습니다. ​ The Duet of Ownership and Role-Driven Organization​ As we welcome the year 2020, this apparent sense of ownership in DYB must be actualized into a role-driven organization.As I experienced while preparing for the New Year's Gathering, when we launch a project, we must have a sense of ownership and a freewheeling approach to work, compared to operating under a strict set of rules and orders.In a way, a role-driven organization is one in which individuals make decisions, take responsibility, lead with their own ideas, and are always enthusiastic and positive in the roles they have assumed.It is my sincerest wish that DYB start the year 2020 as a role-driven organization, and spend the 새로운 decade asone. Todothat, it is imperative that we prepare. Wemust not be content with just having a sense of ownership and individual roles. Similar to anorchestra playing a masterpiece, we musthave a sense of partnsense of parthissensensensense of plarthiplesenscrificing Then, acrisis would no longer bea crisis but an opportunity, and lead to an upward trend. 지적 자극과 기쁨의 원천, 다시 실리콘밸리에서 진행되는 첫 번째 질문으로 돌아갑시다. 이 다자는 행복합니까?당연히 관찰하는 성찰의 행동이 시작됩니다. 그러나, 보다 중요한 것은, 그 성찰의 출발이 적절한 지적 자극에 의해서 행해져야 한다는 것입니다. 다시 이야기 하고 어떤 문화재 의식을 가져야 해결의 실마리를 찾을 수 있습니다. 그러기 위해서 우리는 많은 직접 경험과 간접 경험을 쌓아야 합니다. 아무리 VUCA 시대라 해도 "Factfulness(사실의 충실성)"에 도달하기 위해 어떠한 지속적인 노력이 필요합니다. 사람을 만나고 책을 읽으면서 지적 자극을 받아야 합니다. 그리고 그것을 확장시키고 기쁨의 원천을 찾아야 합니다. 키위 기획된 DDF의 질문과 답변, 그리고 연초에 있는 CM도 그 1단 이다웅 두번 이야기하고 무엇입니까? 지금 제4차 산업 혁명의 시대를 진정으로 살아가라고 VUCA시대의 뒤안길을 환하게 밝히기 때문에, 아니 곧 모두가 행복하기 위해서, 우리는 준비 1상을 해야 합니다. 마지막으로 다시 한번 DYBian여러분 2020년 한해 동안 언제나 건강하고 기쁨과 행복이 넘치길 갈망하고 있습니다. 그동안 수고하셨습니다. 새해 복 많이 받으세요! Intellectual Stimulation and the Source of Happiness Let's return to the earlier question from Silicon Valley. "Are you happy?" The first step in that process is taking a carefullook, orintrospection. Buthathathatthatthatto is more in thing acore in th athatthathatthatthattema wareness. To achieve that, we must promote a multitude of direct and indirect experiences. Even in anage of VUCA, we must continually endeavor to reach "Factfulness Weach" .
